Construction Phases
The first phase focuses on crafting an exceptional golf course designed to highlight the natural landscape and deliver a memorable playing experience for members. As the project progresses, subsequent phases will introduce social and recreational amenities — from a relaxed indoor-outdoor “19th Hole” gathering space to a clubhouse with pool, day spa and dining facilities, and a year-round performance and training center for golfers of all skill levels. Each phase not only enhances the club’s offerings but also creates new opportunities for members to connect, play, and enjoy the community as it grows.

PHASE 1 — The Golf Course (In Progress)
Located in the heart of Elkhorn, Nebraska, Coffeetree will be a sensational Country Club golf experience, designed by golf legend Peter Jacobsen and his design partners – Jim Hardy and Rex Van Hoose.
Coffeetree will be thoughtfully crafted around Elkhorn’s prominent Skyline residential development to highlight its sweeping terrain, mature woodlands and meandering creeks. Multiple tee boxes, receptive greens and strategically placed bunkers will create challenge and visual interest while remaining significantly playable. The design will feature bentgrass tees and greens along with generous bluegrass fairways.
The resulting design will have a parkland style that is sure to bring about a distinct traditional feel as well as many lasting and memorable golfing experiences for Coffeetree members and guests.

PHASE 2A — The 19th Hole (In Progress)
Perfectly positioned between the 9th and 18th greens, the 19th Hole will serve as the social heartbeat of Coffeetree — a relaxed indoor–outdoor space designed for gathering before and after rounds.
Planned features include:
- Patio seating with panoramic golf views
- Fire features & lounge areas
- A casual social hub for golfers and families
Tennis facilities will also be included in this phase.

PHASE 2B — The Clubhouse & Pool
The future Coffeetree Clubhouse will blend modern luxury with elevated, welcoming design — creating a memorable setting for dining, socializing, and celebrating.
Planned features include:
- Full-service dining
- Member lounge & bar
- Private event and meeting spaces
- Locker rooms
- Outdoor terraces overlooking the course and pool

Training Center

- SAM PuttLab
- Short-game technologies
- Winter coaching area
- Simulator bays for play or events
Pickleball facilities will also be part of this phase (not adjacent to the training center).
